From time to time we get an email that we can not reply to. For some reason the message fails to go through. If you have emailed us and we haven’t gotten back to you shortly, chances are that this is what has happened. In this case just give us a call (519 389- 5144).

We appreciate your interest and your inquiries on our horses. We do get a lot of emails and obviously with the number of horses that we have to look after, and work with, we don’t spend a lot of our time sitting around the computer. We will answer your emails as soon as we can and will do our best to answer your questions.

From time to time we have people irritated with us because while they were emailing back and forth on a horse, someone else steps in and buys the horse that they were interested in (this happens quite often). We don’t like to see anyone disappointed but obviously in this business we can not save horses. Because a person is emailing on a horse does not give them prior claim. The horse is for sale until it is bought and paid for. If you see a horse on our website that you like, do not assume that it is going to stick around – they often don’t. The plain simple fact of it is – You Snooze You Lose.

Every once in a while we get a philosopher who procrastinates and say that if they miss the horse that it wasn’t meant to be (You can recognize these folks right off cause they all ride poor horses). Good horses don’t hang around while a person hims and haws.

Kids love horses and we do get a lot of emails from young people. We try to encourage young people to get involved with horses and we answer these as best we can as well. However, we do have to draw a bit of a line with emailing if it’s obvious that these are not serious inquiries.

We sometimes get emails offering X-number of dollars for a particular horse. We price our horses and they are priced the same for everybody. The exception being if a person takes more than one horse we knock off $200 per horse. We do not favor one customer over another.
